The Open Joint-Stock Company "Belaruskabel" (formerly known as
Mozyrkabel) was founded in the oldest town of Belorussian Polesye in
1958. The buildings of the Plant are located on a hill nearby Pripyat river.
The Enterprise has been considered one of the best companies in CIS
cable industry since its foundation.
Industrial capacities of the Enterprise have considerably
increased during the years of its operation, the experienced staff coping with
serious engineering challenges of manufacturing of up-to-date cabling and
wiring products and of implementation of advanced technologies has been
formed. An electronic accelerator, one of the most sophisticated at the time technologies for radiation treatment of wire insulation, was installed at the Enterprise, which improved
stress-strain properties of wires essentially and allowed manufacturing of wires
for aircraft industry.
At present, the Enterprise manufactures hook-up wires,
heat-and-radiation-resistant wires, small-size and heat-resistant wires,
power and control cables, communication cables, radio-frequency cables,
special-purpose cables and wires with copper or
aluminum conductors. The field of application of output cables includes such branches
of national economy as radio electronics, aircraft engineering, instrument
engineering, construction industry, communications, telecommunications
and electrical engineering.
Besides, the Enterprise manufactures a wide range of consumer goods, including different general-use plastic goods, plastic toys, cords with plugs, and extenders. Wires and cables manufactured at the plant are widely acknowledged in Belarus and abroad.
We pay great attention to the quality of our products. There are three steps of quality control, including technical control, control by customer's representative and control by the Ministry of Aircraft Production.
The quality system consistent with international standards ISO 9001:2008 has been introduced at the enterprise and it has been certified by DEKRA Certification Body (Reg. No. 2040221). The product list of the Enterprise is annually enriched with new types of cabling and wiring products.
